Are you ready to switch and save money with CarePaths EHR? Or are you leaving to another e-records platform? Regardless, we got you covered!

Switching to CarePaths EHR

You are just 3 steps away from making the switch to CarePaths EHR!

1. Contact your current EHR’s Customer Support Team and request an export of your client data (acceptable file formats include .csv or CCDA files).
2. Sign up for CarePaths EHR and upload your export file.
3. Once your upload is finished, you’re good to go!

Leaving CarePaths EHR?

All CarePaths EHR customers can download patient data (in .csv or CCDA formats) using our free data export tools. Ask your provider if they accept this format.

If your provider does not offer import/export services, our CarePaths Development Team can still facilitate the transition of your data import/export with custom Data Migration Services.

For a rate of $150.00 per hour, our team can attend meetings, run custom reports, and work with your engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and seamless data migrations. Other project-related charges (such as large data storage, hosting, etc.) may apply.
